More than 220 leaders from across the hospitality, food and drink sectors gathered at Kings Place on 4 March 2026 to debate, educate and collaborate on one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: Sustainability.
The 2026 Sustainability Summit focused on how sustainability is becoming a real driver of smarter, stronger hospitality businesses. From practical operational changes to bigger strategic thinking, one message came through clearly: Doing the right thing for the planet can also strengthen the bottom line.
