1. ADMITTANCE.

The Peach 20/20 Conference and Awards (the Event) is an invitation-only event and is organised by CGA Peach Ltd (the Organiser).  

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid email confirmation or VIP ticket with barcode in their name. Please be ready to provide ID if asked by our welcome team.  

The Guest understands that the VIP invitation is non-transferable without the express, written permission of the Organiser.  

In its sole discretion, CGA Peach Ltd also reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the event anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event, is in breach of the rules of the Venue (see Clause 7) or pose any danger to any other attendee.  

 

2. CANCELLATION POLICY.

Registration is complimentary for personally invited and confirmed VIP Guests. However the Organiser reserves the right to charge cancellation fees if a guest cancels less than 48 hours of the event or fails to attend without notice. Please read these carefully.  

As hospitality operators we hope you understand that this is the equivalent of ‘no show’ in your venue. We will have already committed to non-refundable expenditure at the venue and to our caterers, also printed Guest lists and table plans.  Our VIP guest numbers are capped at 250  and in reserving your place we will have turned others away. It’s  too late to offer your place to others on our waiting list.  

We understand plans change and we will of course consider exemptions in exceptional circumstances.  

Cancellation Policy for Complimentary/Invited VIP Registrations: 

• Less than 48 hours before the event (2pm on 12 November 2023) cancellations received after this date are subject to a £795 plus VAT cancellation fee. Fees will be waived if a suitable, approved replacement from your organisation is sent as replacement.  

 

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION.  

By submitting registration details the Guest agrees to allow Peach 20/20 to process all personal information provided in such registration in accordance with CGA Peach’s privacy policy https://www.peach2020.com/privacy-policy. and acknowledges that such processing may include such personal information being held by CGA Peach Ltd  on a database and, where legally permitted, being shared with other parties in the UK and internationally.  

The Guest agrees and acknowledges that any personal information submitted to CGA Peach by the Guest in connection with the Event may be shared with (a) affiliates of CGA Peach; (b) other guests and attendees c) event sponsors; (d) third parties providing services specific to the Guests event attendance including, but not limited to: registration providers and (e) ) government entities and regulatory authorities where required by law. The Guest consents to their details being shared with such parties and agrees and acknowledges that such parties may contact the Guest in the future.  

 

4.. EVENT AMENDMENTS AND DISCLAIMER.  

CGA Peach Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, format, speakers, location and any other aspect of the event without notice and without liability to the Guest. Any expenses incurred in travel or accommodation should be recovered via the Guest’s personal or company travel insurance.  

 

5.  SPEAKERS, SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS.  

Views expressed by any attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor at the Event are their own. CGA Peach Ltd has no liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor at the Event or in any material provided to attendees. However if any attendee, in any capacity, is behaving in an unacceptable way, please advise the Organiser or Venue team  immediately so appropriate action can be taken.  
  

6.  PHOTOGRAPHS, PUBLICITY MATERIAL, RADIO AND TELEVISION AND PRINT MEDIA.  

CGA Peach Ltd. reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material obtained in the course of the event on its website, social media channels and for promotional purposes after the event.  

Social media commentary/posting is welcomed as long as the event and speaker are fully credited.  

However please note that all original content is copyright of CGA Peach Ltd and/or the speaker. Substantial re-use or ‘lifting’ of any content is only permitted with the express written permission of the Organiser or Speaker.  

 
7. VENUE T’s and C’s | The Roundhouse is ‘the Venue’   

Guests shall at all times comply with any rules, policies and procedures of the Venue, including all health and safety policies and procedures and all reasonable instructions of the venue staff and CGA Peach representatives at the Event.  

The Roundhouse reserves the right to refuse entry if an individual behaves in a disruptive, threatening or abusive manner towards any person at the Roundhouse, damages or threatens to damage any property, or acts in a manner which – in the Roundhouse’s sole opinion – brings the Roundhouse into disrepute. 

The Roundhouse reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately.
