- Operate within the law of the host country at all times
THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED:
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation or discrimination of any kind

Offensive comments or language relating to age, disability, appearance, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.

Unwanted physical contact or inappropriate sexual attention

Disruptive behaviour during sessions, networking or associated social events

Excessive intoxication that results in behaviour that negatively impacts others

Threatening behaviour, stalking or sustained unwanted interaction

Any behaviour that compromises the safety, wellbeing or dignity of any participant
- Drug taking, distribution or sale
REPORTING CONCERNS OR INCIDENTS:
If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches our Code of Conduct, please report it to a member of the event team on site or contact Peach founders Peter and Christine Martin directly.

We encourage concerns to be raised as early as possible so appropriate action can be taken.
CONSEQUENCES
Peach 20/20 reserves the right to take any action considered appropriate in response to behaviour that breaches this Code of Conduct. This may include:

a private warning
- removal from a session or social function
- refusal of alcohol service
- removal from the event without refund
- exclusion from future events

reporting of incident (s) to employer

escalation to venue security or relevant authorities where necessary
These standards apply equally to attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors and staff.
