1. TOUR PARTICIPATION:

Your registration entitles you to join the Tour as our VIP guest.

The Phoenix Tour commences at on 18 May and concludes at on 21 May 2027. A full itinerary will be issued 4 week prior.

The itinerary is curated, organised and led by Atlantic Club founder Peter Martin and includes visits to notable eating F&B venues in Phoenix, an opportunity to meet the principals operating the brands and shared insights into the trends, innovations and tech driving their success.

All F&B at the designated venues and ground transportation during the tour is complimentary – funded by our official Tour partners.

2. COSTS:

An administration fee of £295 plus VAT will be due in order to confirm your place and cover costs incurred by Peach 20/20 in planning and operating this tour.

Attendees will be responsible for funding their own flights and hotel accommodation at the official tour hotel.

Full details of the official hotel will be confirmed no later than 31 January 2027. The negotiated group rate will apply only to VIP guests registering through the Atlantic Club team.

3. SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should you cancel before 31 January 2027 you will be eligible for a refund.

After this date, no refunds will be made however you may request for a Substitute to take your place.

• He/she/they must meet the VIP criteria of the group: a senior/director level executive in an operating company.
• We reserve the right to refuse a supplier a VIP place.
• Substitution request must be made by email to rianna.white@peach2020.com no later than 48 hours before the start of the Tour.

4. TOUR CONTENT:

You acknowledge and agree that the Atlantic Club team, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any aspects of the Tour, including but not limited to, content, programme, speakers, venues and timing. 

5. FEES:

Payment of the administration fees are due upon registration.

Payment terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice.

6. PASSPORTS, ESTA, TRAVEL INSURANCE:

All participants are expected to ensure that they have a valid passport, ESTA approval, meet all local travel requirements and have appropriate travel insurance cover.

7. LIABILITIES:

Other than to the extent required as a matter of law, neither Peach 20/20 nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential costs, damages, or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Tour or other aspect in relation to this agreement.
