Managing Director, Green and Fortune

Sarah Miller is Managing Director of Green & Fortune, the independent London-based hospitality and events company known for putting people, purpose and craft at the heart of everything it does.

Sarah leads the day-to-day business and executive team across Green & Fortune’s portfolio of cafés, restaurants, bars, workplaces and landmark event venues. Her role spans strategic growth, commercial performance and culture, with a strong focus on building a business that is creatively ambitious and responsibly run.

With more than two decades of experience in hospitality, Sarah has worked across some of the UK’s most iconic venues, including Glyndebourne Opera House, Somerset House, Leeds Castle and the Royal Albert Hall. Prior to joining Green & Fortune, she spent 12 years at BaxterStorey, most recently as Regional Managing Director overseeing major, multi-site operations.

Sustainability is central to Sarah’s leadership approach. At Green & Fortune, this means taking responsibility for the impact hospitality has on people, communities and the planet, from thoughtful sourcing and seasonal British produce to reducing waste, investing in skills and creating long-term careers.
