Micaela has 8 years of experience in executive management roles across the consumer and food & beverage sectors.

Prior to joining Capdesia, Micaela was the turnaround CEO of Prestat Group, premium chocolate manufacturer in London, which acquired rival brand Rococo Chocolates during her tenure.

Previously Micaela worked at BCG, completing extensive project work in the European consumer goods and F&B markets. She was then co-founder and CEO of a restaurant-tech startup operating in the meal voucher market, then acquired by a Portuguese competitor.

Micaela holds a BSc in Biology from Imperial College London and an MSc in Management from London Business School.
