Louise is the Co-Founder of The Good Board, an international, B. Corps certified Executive Search and Leadership consultancy and believes that balancing impact on people, planet and profit is key to long-term business success. She works with private, family and listed businesses in the consumer, hospitality, retail and leisure sectors supporting the appointment and development of outstanding purpose-led Executive and Non-Executive Leaders and is particularly focussed on supporting organisations to create more diverse and climate conscious Boards and leadership teams.  Louise is also a member of the Advisory Group on Board Leadership and Governance programme at Cambridge University Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL); a Trustee of social mobility charity WeMindTheGap and a Founding Associate of VocL supporting the development of a new generation of responsible business voices.
