Food Director for CH&CO Group, Jeremy spends his time creating food concepts, menus and chef training sessions.

Instrumental in building the companies Gathered Table of industry leading chef collaborators and creating a true chef academy to teach new skills to the company’s chefs.

Jeremy started his career with the Academy of Culinary Arts, where he received classical training under some of the industry's top chefs including Albert Roux, Nico Ladenis and Brian Turner.

One of the small number of chefs that have achieved The Master of Culinary Arts and is now a  fellow at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts
