Since joining Front Burner Jack has been instrumental in bringing transformative and timeless brands to untapped markets. Under Jack’s leadership, FB Society’s mission is simple – Create and execute experiences never imagined to fill a gap in the market and break the traditional rules of dining. Recognizable FB concepts that Jack has played a role in creating or co-founding include Twin Peaks, Velvet Taco, Haywire, Son of A Butcher, Whiskey Cake, Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar, Ida Claire, Legacy Hall, Assembly Hall, and Food Hall Company. 

Prior to joining Front Burner in 2008, Jack spent 25 years with the Pappas Restaurant Group, rising through the ranks from server to Chief Operations Officer of Pappadeaux. Under Jack’s leadership, Pappadeaux successfully grew from one unit to thirty-three restaurants across the country.
