Holly is a Partner at Leathwaite - the world’s leading executive search and leadership talent specialists for corporate functions - where she is part of their global inclusion council and a member of the Board Practice. 

She has over 25 years’ experience in executive search and talent consulting, having held senior roles with both Korn Ferry and Odgers Berndtson and is best known for her work with some of the most progressive and transformative consumer, technology, retail, media and hospitality businesses. 

Holly is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. As both an entrepreneur and business partner, she has a proven track record of supporting organisations to build diverse boards and senior leadership teams with a view to creating more inclusive cultures. She is a qualified ILM coach and the co-founder of Plan B Mentoring and Balance the Board Ltd., not-for-profit organisations that support diverse talent breaking through to Board level. She is also a Non-Executive Director of The PM Trust, a member of the UK Hospitality D,E&I and an active contributor to the Business Leaders Group for Disability Confident, where she is Chair of the Communications subgroup.
