Helen Charlesworth has been Managing Director for the managed division at Stonegate Group, the biggest pub company in the world, for the last 7 years. She oversees the operations of circa 800 sites, 16,000 people, and is responsible for driving the business profit. Helen has a long history of inspiring people across many organisations, and her passion lies with people, building strong and capable teams to help drive profit and deliver first class results. She is very focussed on giving guests the best experience in Stonegate’s venues, and is very proud of the way they create amazing atmospheres for the guests to enjoy, as well as being inclusive pubs and bars where everybody feels welcome. Gender equality is also incredibly important to Helen, she has successfully mentored many females during her career to date, and is very passionate about lowering the ladder to help women rise.
