Emma is a senior associate in Bird & Bird’s London Intellectual Property team and specialises in brand management. She also leads Bird & Bird's International Wellness group, part of Bird & Bird’s retail and consumer sector.

Emma has extensive experience in conducting domestic and international trade mark, and design clearance and freedom to operate searches. She helps clients formulate their international brand strategy and manage the execution of their trade mark, design and domain name filing programmes.
