After a decade with Peach Pubs, Bex left her role as Marketing Director to start her own pub company with wife Sarah. Makers of Hospitality opened their first gastropub in Bromsgrove, May 2024. The Wildmoor Oak was crowned Best Pub in the Midlands in the National Pub and Bar Awards and their second pub has launched with great success. Bex not only sat on the board with Peach Pubs but following the subsequent sale to Revolution Bars, also she sat on the Executive Team. Prior to Peach Pubs, Bex spent time in agencies, and several years at Mitchells & Butlers.
