Anthony Pender is the founder of Our Yummy Collection, the independent hospitality group behind acclaimed venues including 
Faber, The Somers Town Coffee House and The Victoria. A passionate advocate for community-led pubs and sustainable hospitality, he blends commercial insight with creativity and care. Since launching Yummy Pubs Ltd in 2007, Anthony has become known for 
his hands-on leadership, championing local sourcing, nurturing new talent and building distinctive, welcoming venues that celebrate the best of modern British pub & hospitality culture.
