Under his leadership, Urban Pubs & Bars has accelerated past £100m in annual sales, building an estate of more than 65 pubs, bars and tapas restaurants across the capital.

And he’s doing it in a market where property is fiercely contested, rents are punishing and getting the investment decision wrong can be very expensive indeed.
