Shortlists for Peach 20/20’s consumer awards announced

The contenders for the Consumer Choice and Power Brand categories at this year’s Peach 20/20 Hero Awards have been revealed.

The shortlists for these two consumer awards - Consumer Choice and Power Brand - are compiled from a combination of guest metrics measured by CGA by NIQ’s BrandTrack and PubTrack surveys, so reflecting the voice and habits of the eating and drinking-out public.

The shortlists are:

Consumer choice 

(based on rankings across key KPIs of satisfaction, likelihood to recommend and revisit intentions)

Power Brand 

(based on rankings across usage penetration, visit frequencies, spend per head and satisfaction)

Peach 20/20 co-founder and awards ceremony host Peter Martin said: “This year’s lists reveal the brands that customers are likely to keep going back to - and across the full gamut of pubs, restaurants and bars. The winners of these can claim be the nation’s favourites. Congratulations to all those in the running.”

The winners will be revealed at the Hero & Icon Awards presentation dinner following the Peach 20/20 Leaders Summit on November 13 at Convene Sancroft in the City of London.
