Plan B makes way for Balance the Board

The new identity – Balance the Board - was revealed at last week’s sell-out ‘Accelerating Change’ conference, held at 30 Euston Square, to a packed room of industry professionals.
Before the big reveal, Holly Addison said, “We recognise now the need to take our efforts beyond just gender equity, supporting wider communities and embracing all dimensions of difference; encouraging greater balance on boards and championing more inclusive cultures. We have to change mindsets and behaviours to proactively seek out, attract and retain more diverse talent, to ensure our leadership teams are truly reflective of society around us.”
Balance the Board will be run by Co-Directors, Holly Addison and Emma Causer, who will be supported by an advisory board of business leaders and subject matter experts. A new program of events will shortly be announced for 2023, including the date for next year’s conference.
