Peach 20/20 reveals 2026 Hero Award contenders
In all, 91 different brands, businesses and developments have been recognised by the Peach Academy - Peach 20/20's community of senior industry leaders - in 15 categories.
While the shortlists span a true cross-section of UK hospitality, some operators have attracted recognition more than once.
Twenty-one businesses receive two mentions across the awards, while six achieve three: Caravan, Evolv Collection, Incipio, Loungers, Vagabond and WatchHouse.
The annual Hero Awards are based on peer nomination and voting rather than entry submissions or self-nomination, with the Academy identifying the brands, companies and individuals making the strongest impression across the sector.
The awards span new and emerging brands, business evolution, pubs, bars, restaurants, QSR, bakery and beverage, food halls, multi-brand operators, international growth, employer reputation, placemaking, sustainability and industry leadership.

Peach 20/20 co-founder Peter Martin said: "The strength of the Hero Awards has always been that the recognition comes directly from the industry. A total of 150 senior leaders have looked across the market and identified the operations, places and individuals they most admire. With 91 different names making the shortlist, it gives us a fascinating picture of where the industry sees momentum, innovation and strong leadership right now.”
Peach 20/20 co-founder Christine Martin said: "What makes the shortlist interesting is both its breadth and the patterns within it. The names recognised range from young challengers through to some of the industry's biggest and most established businesses. But within that, 21 businesses appear twice and only six achieve three mentions - demonstrating there’s creativity and ambition right across the market. It also gives us an important insight into the businesses cutting through with their peers - whether through brand, growth, leadership, people, innovation or the way they are evolving their business. For every team and individual on the shortlist, it is meaningful recognition from people working alongside them across the industry."
The Award winners are revealed at the prestigious Peach Hero & Icon Awards Dinner in London on 18 November.
Attendance is strictly limited to board-level hospitality operators. If you haven't already secured your place - request your invitation today.
