Peach 20/20 reveals 2025 Summit themes, speakers and agenda

‘Scaling with soul’ is the central theme for this year’s Peach 20/20 Leaders Summit, to be held at Convene Sancroft in London on November 13. The full programme and speakers roster has just been released.

Growth and innovation are key imperatives for the hospitality sector as it faces the realities of a volatile, high-cost trading environment. Progressive operators are looking to drive productivity and efficiencies while continuing to enhance the consumer experience and offer - and looking for new opportunities at the same time. It’s never been trickier for business, requiring creativity, resilience and investment.

Peach 20/20 brings together expert speakers and business leaders from across the sector to share experiences and address the challenges of the economy, funding, nurturing talent, deploying tech and AI, data analysis, the international opportunity, changing consumers and the demands of leadership - among other hot topics.

Peach 20/20 co-founder Peter Martin will host the invitation-only event, working alongside this year’s guest chairs, Laura Harper-Hinton, co-founder and CEO of Caravan, David McDowall, CEO of Stonegate, and Shereen Ritchie, CEO of Kuvi Hospitality and co-founder of Boardwalk.

The 2024 Leadership Summit Agenda:

The state we’re in…and what to do about it

What really lies behind the media headlines and macro data - and why (and how) progressive businesses are ‘scaling with soul. Peach 20/20 co-founder Peter Martin presents his annual analysis of the trends and habits shaping an increasingly sophisticated and polarised hospitality market.

It’s the economy: why global currents matter

In a volatile world, understanding the forces shaping markets, investment and consumer shifts is ever more vital. James Pomeroy, global economist at HSBC, takes stock, while assessing the big themes shaping the global economy.

Next-Gen entrepreneurs

Are we doing enough to nurture new blood? David McDowall, CEO, Stonegate leads a panel discussion with:

  • Ifeyinwa Frederick, co-founder,  Chuku’s Nigerian Tapas
  • Jonathan Heyes, co-founder & CEO, Nell’s Pizza, and founder, Common & Co
  • Bex Wilkins, co-founder, Makers of Hospitality

The global opportunity

How to take a brand international - why you need a robust strategy. A panel discussion chaired by Shereen Ritchie, CEO, Kuvi Hospitality and co-founder of Boardwalk.

What investors want

Peter Martin chairs a panel discussion on the fundamentals that attract capital and excite developers with:

Boardwalk: the case for mentoring

Boardwalk - the mentoring programme designed to accelerate women to their first board role - launched to great fanfare in May this year. The industry certainly stepped up to the challenge - 22 C-suite mentors and 22 mentees are signed up and six months into the inaugural programme, co-founders Christine Martin & Shereen Ritchie will be talking to mentors and mentees in the audience to update on progress.

Leaders panel: scaling with soul

High quality leadership has never been more important - from inspiring teams to making the right business calls. Laura Harper-Hinton, co-founder and CEO, Caravan chairs the discussion. Joining the panel are leaders from across the restaurant, bar and pub market:

With 300 board-level directors, entrepreneurs and business founders already registered to attend, we are guaranteed a summit of high-quality discussion, debate and analysis.
