Peach 20/20 is back – revitalized, reframed and rebooted

Peach 20/20, hospitality’s most influential annual event, returns in 2021 refreshed and refocused, with its flagship conference and Hero & Icon awards ceremony set for London on November 17.

Peach 20/20, hospitality’s most influential annual event, returns in 2021 refreshed and refocused, with its flagship conference and Hero & Icon awards ceremony set for London on November 17.

“We have revitalized and refocused this year’s gathering of the sector’s brightest and best to provide a inspiring programme to shape future hospitality thinking as the market, both in UK and globally, navigates the new business landscape,” said Peach 20/20 founder and executive director Peter Martin.

“We’ll be bringing fresh perspectives and more thought-provoking content to our established community of industry leaders and influencers from across the out-of-home food and drink market - as well as celebrating operational excellence and innovation through the our coveted Peach Hero & Icon Awards,” Martin added.

“We will be engaging directly with the leading names in the out-of-home food and drink market to steer the 20/20 agenda, including as usual having a top operator as co-host of the main conference,” added Martin.

Nisha Katona MBE, founder and CEO of Mowgli Street Food restaurants and Peach 20/20 guest chair in 2019, said: "Peach 20/20 is a brilliant event, with an agenda that always hits the big topics with intelligence and insight - and with top class speakers. It always manages to attract the right blend of young entrepreneurs and seasoned industry elders. I’ll be there."

David McDowall, COO of BrewDog and a 20/20 speaker, added: “Peach 20/20 is such an important date in the calendar, and provides a crucial platform for the sector to get fresh perspectives on the market in the UK and globally, to tackle the key issues that we collectively face, and most importantly, to celebrate the vibrancy, diversity, and creativity of our industry.”

With the new focus in 2021 also comes a new venue for the main invitation-only 20/20 gathering, when it moves to Exhibition London, a newly opened events and conference complex in the heart of White City and the Westfield development.

Peach 20/20 is now at the heart of a comprehensive, year-round programme of face-to-face and virtual events. Its first calendar of activity will be announced shortly.

Martin added: “Our message to both operators and partners is the same. Come and join us, be inspired, share best practice and expertise, gain new insights, connect and learn from global and local experts as well as agenda-setting leaders and entrepreneurs. Shape the conversation. As hospitality re-emerges and re-boots, never has it been more important to be engaged.”
