Consumer Experience and Power Brand contenders revealed
The shortlists for these two consumer-focused awards - Consumer Experience and Power Brand - are compiled from a combination of guest metrics measured by CGA by NIQ’s BrandTrack and PubTrack surveys, so reflecting the voice and habits of the eating and drinking-out public.

These awards will be presented along with the other Hero Award categories on 18 November 2026 at one of London’s most exciting new venues - the Town Hall by Bottaccio.
