Contenders for the Sustainability Champion Award announced

The 2025 Peach 20/20 Sustainability Champion Award reflects the continuing commitment of individual businesses from across the hospitality sector to becoming more sustainable operations - and keeping it firmly on the board agenda.

The six shortlisted companies have all made real progress this past 12 months, whether in energy efficiency, reducing waste, food chain management, menu creativity or driving innovation, inspiring others to do more as well as demonstrating sound business benefits. They are:

  • Blacklock 

  • Faber

  • Fuller, Smith & Turner

  • Green & Fortune

  • Greene King

  • Mitchells & Butlers

The shortlist was compiled with input from Zero Carbon Forum as well as the wider industry. Said Peach 20/20 co-founder Peter Martin: “Sustainability remains a key goal for business, as well as a priority for high-performing teams. Progressive operators like those shortlisted are showing its good for business, as well as for the planet.”

This year’s Sustainability Champion will be revealed along with the other Peach 20/20 Hero Award winners at the annual awards dinner in London on November 13.
