Importance of ‘brand trust’ recognized at Peach 20/20 awards

Peach 20/20 has introduced a new category for this year’s Hero & Icon awards, reflecting the importance of trust and reliability for consumers in the post-pandemic market.

The new Brand Trust award will be decided by the public, and will go to the brand that has scored highest among their customers for a combination of trust, reliability and good service perceptions. The result will be decided by consumer data from CGA’s BrandTrack survey.

Brands on the shortlist are:

  • Bill's
  • Brewer's Fayre
  • Fuller's
  • JD Wetherspoon
  • Mr Fogg's
  • Toby Carvery

The winner will be announced along with the other Peach 20/20 awards at a special presentation dinner at Exhibition London on November 17, following the Peach 20/20 conference.
