Atlantic Club Denver 2025 Tour Itinerary

Atlantic Club Denver Tour

Atlantic Club Denver Tour

We’ll be introducing senior operators and entrepreneurs from the UK and US to the hottest restaurants, food halls and bars, experiencing innovative concepts and importantly meeting the inspirational founders and leaders driving one of the States’ most vibrant food and drink scenes.

Bringing together like-minded, curiosity-driven hospitality folk from both sides of the pond is at the heart of what Atlantic Club is about - exchanging ideas, making lasting connections.

Here’s what we have in store...

Day 1 - Wednesday 4th June

We’ll gather at the Limelight, our tour hotel at 5.30pm local time, before heading off to one of Denver’s coolest venues.

Our welcome reception is at Sunday Vinyl, from Frasca Hospitality Group, where fine wine combines with music from vinyl on the turntable.

We’ll meet and hear from founder Bobby Stuckey, one of Colorado’s most influential restaurateurs (and recently named one of the 50 most powerful fine dining players in the US).

Then’s it’s away to Fogo de Chão for wine and wagyu. The full-service Brazilian steakhouse brand is growing fast across the US and internationally - and we’ll see what high-quality, high-volume service execution looks like.

We’ll end our first day with a nightcap at Ghost Donkey, a signature mezcal and tequila bar operated by Flagship Restaurant Group. This stop will offer insight into niche beverage concepts and how late-night businesses operate in Denver.

Day 2 - Thursday 5th June AM

First stop is Snooze, with breakfast at this high-traffic, fast-casual breakfast brand that’s now spreading across the country.

We follow up with a guided tour of the redeveloped Union Station development in the heart of Denver district including visits to the historic Crawford Hotel.

We’ll also be meeting Walter Isenberg, co-founder and CEO of Sage Hospitality and one of the driving forces behind the redevopmemt of Union Station and other areas of central Denver, all with f&b at their heart.

Lunch will include discussion on sourcing, local partnerships, and how fine-casual operators manage transparency in procurement and menu design at Mercantile Dining & Provision with its modern takes on classic comfort food dishes with locally sourced produce.

We’re then off to Left Hand Brewing’s restaurant in the RiNo district. We’ll learn about Denver’s seminal craft beer scene, brand growth, and of course a tutored beer tasting.

Day 2 - Thursday 5th June PM

A behind the scenes tour of Tavernetta, Frasca Hospitality’s upscale Italian concept will be followed by seeing how a UK-created brand is faring Statesside. We will meet Toby Harris, CEO of State of Play, at Flight Club, and hear how the US is taking to the experiential offer - and yes there’ll be time for a game of ‘arrows’.

First stop of the evening will be sushi tasting at Uchi and tour this high-end Japanese concept with Tony Montero, CEO of Hai Hospitality.

Next up is a tour of another Dairy Block, another major Denver redevelopment, beginning with at Poka Lola Social Club, before breaking into smaller groups for samplings in Milk Market, a multi-concept food hall, finishing up with more food and drinks at Kachina Cantina, specialising in modern Southwestern cuisine.

The night’s tour ends with beers at Tom’s Watch Bar a big bustling sports-bar in McGregor Square.

Day 3 - Friday 6th June

Breakfast is at The Original a retro-modern breakfast and brunch concept. Service, menu development, and neighborhood engagement are all on the menu.

Then it’s on the bus for brunch The Hampton Social. This growing national brand serves up a case study in lifestyle dining.

Next stop is at Olive & Finch, a counter-service all-day operation, part of a family of eateries and cafés featuring chef-crafted gourmet fare made fast and affordable. The business is led by chef and restaurateur Mary Nguyen, a leading champion of both sustainability and diversity.

Our final stops of the day (and tour) are Quality Italian, another upscale Italian concept in growth, and The Clayton – a premium members’ club and Denver’s answer to Soho House.

And that’s it - time to relax.

It’s a 2.30pm finish for everyone to get their flights home - or to stay a little longer to explore more of Denver.
