We have an incredible, packed agenda for you. Please read down for your full itinerary, including timings. 

Over the three days we will visit local brands including Japanese-inspired Uchi and Asian smokehouse concept Loro - both from Hai Hospitality; the street food of Veracruz All Natural Tacos; eclectic concepts from the Peached Tortilla team. And that’s just the start!

Day 1 - Wednesday 10th May

Meet in lobby of Hotel van Zandt

Departure by bus

Tour welcome drinks at Bar Peached, 1315 W 6th St, 78703 -

• Introduction from Atlantic Club’s Peter Martin
• Drinks scene in the US, presented by CGA by NIQ
• Meet Bar Peached and Peached Tortilla founder and leading Austin restaurateur Eric Silverstein

Site tour and sampling at Velvet Taco. Late-night fast casual, hosted by CEO Clay Dover and senior director of international development Radek Podracky.  

Wine, whiskey and waghu reception at Fogo de Chao, hosted by global CEO Barry McGowan

Formal part of evening ends

Day 2 - Thursday 11th May AM

Meet in Hotel van Zandt lobby for departure by bus

Arrive for market briefing at Peached Social - Coffee, juice and pastries will be served

• Changing briefs for design and branding, Keith Anderson, CEO, Harrison
• What‘s keeping Austin ‘weird’, Athena Simpson, Unrestricted Ventures
• The global customer, David Charlton, Yumpingo
• International lessons for people retention, Luke Fryer, harri

Depart Peached Social

Arrive at Whiskey Cake, Round Rock (a growing suburb of Austin) 

• Meet Jack Gibbons, CEO of FB Society, owner of Whiskey Cake, 60 Vines, Son of a Butcher and other expanding brands
• Visit Hopdoddy, leading Texas-based burger brand, and meet executives Jeff Chandler and Kenny Jett

Fly by Ruby’s Country Store and Peached Tortilla on journey back towards downtown Austin

Arrive at Olamaie, southern fine dining in the suburbs, and meet founder chef Michael Fojtasek and CEO Ben Fordham (formerly of London’s Benito’s Hat)

Day 2 - Thursday 11th May PM

Leave and fly by site of soon to open Austin venue of NYC institution Dead Rabbit

Walking tour of downtown Austin, including:
• Tacodeli, Austin-born taqueria chain, meet founder Roberto Espinosa

• Red Ash, craft Italian cuisine, prepared by owner and exec chef John Carver
• Via 313, Texas-wide pizza and beer brand, meet executives Brandon Hunt and Ray Risley

Free time to continue to explore or rest up!

Meet in hotel lobby for departure by bus

Drinks and dinner reception on the patio at Loro, Asian smokehouse meets Texas BBQ and sister concept to acclaimed Japanese-inspired brands Uchi and Uchiko

• Meet CEO of Hai Hospitality Tony Montero for site tour

Cocktails at Maie Day bar and restaurant at South Congress Hotel

Free time to further explore South Congress or the bustle of Rainey Street.

Atlantic Club team will provide recommendations for restaurants, bars and live music, including nearby Continental Club - and Electric Shuffle

Day 3 - Friday 12th May

Breakfast tacos and juice at Veracruz All Natural food truck by the Line Hotel (short walk from Hotel van Zandt)

Meet at Electric Shuffle for Bloody Marys (2 mins from our hotel) 

• Meet Lou Dean Canakes, VP of Sales, Electric Shuffle USA, to talk about how a British experiential concept has cemented itself in the US market, with tour of the site

Pick-up BBQ for lunch from the world famous Franklins - you can’t do Austin without BBQ!

Farewell beers at Zilker Brewing Co brewhouse and tap room  

Official tour ends - free time to explore more of Austin
